Cancelation Policy

A deposit of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost may be required to secure your appointment — at each stylist's discretion. This deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a no-show, but also when cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. The full deposit amount will be deducted from the final service cost at the time of checkout.


We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, however not showing up impacts both our team and customers. Therefore, if no prior notice is given and you do not show up for your appointment, you may be required to pay any unpaid service fees before you can make future appointments. We don't like having to do this, so we ask that you please be respectful and contact us at least 24 hours in advance when your plans change so we can reschedule you to avoid unnecessary charges and restrictions.


This policy is in place so we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our customers. Thank you for understanding.

Service Refund Policy

Each of our stylists strive to make every visit an amazing experience, but we do realize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, resulting in you being less than amazed by your results. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on our salon services; however, if you have concerns about a service you received in the salon, you can notify your stylist or the salon within 48 hours of that service. Once you've completed a visual inspection, we will make every effort to make adjustments to your satisfaction during a corrective appointment with the stylist who performed the initial service.


Adjustments are made available at no cost to you only when completed within 4 days of the initial service and receiving a qualifying inspection. After that, by the nature of hair and skin, it's not possible to discern the results of our service from things we aren't responsible for, so cannot offer no-cost adjustments. But we will always do our best to make any desired changes at minimal added cost.

Product Refund Policy

1) We offer refunds for completely unused products up to 10 days after your original purchase.

2) We offer exchanges of equal or lesser value for unused products up to 30 days after your original purchase to accommodate your needs.

3) After 30 days we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our products.

4) Package and Membership sales are final.

5) Gift cards expire 2 years from purchase date.

Chemical Service Checklist

Here are some things to be mindful of that can make your chemical (bleach, toner, color) service results more successful:


1) Chemical services can have varying results based on your individual hair type, texture, styling, and overall health.

2) It is extremely important that you make your stylist aware of any and all other processes you have used on your hair in the past few months.

3) There is a risk of jewelry being damaged or lost during your service; we recommend you remove them before your service.

4) Chemical processes may cause some damage to the integrity of your hair, but care is taken by our stylists to minimize this risk.

5) There are recommended products for purchase which combat hair damage and further improve your hair health over time.


Please feel free to ask your stylist or the salon at any time before or after your service if you have questions or concerns about your hair.

Tanning Service Checklist

1) You must be a legal adult. We're sorry we can't offer waivers covering anyone younger.

2) Avoid overexposure, whether from indoor or outdoor UV rays. Minimum 24 hours between sessions.

3) Certain medications, lotions, and other products may cause UV sensitivities. Check labels or with your doctor if you are unsure.

4) Wear protective eyewear. Failure to do so may result in severe burns and other long-term injuries to the eyes.
